1:1 Sessions Policies:

• All bookings for sessions, classes or events get confirmed once payment is received, not beforehand. 

• We kindly ask all reschedules and cancellations to be made 48hs before the appointment. 

• Any cancellations made within 48hs before your appointment won’t be refunded nor rescheduled. 

Products’ Policies

• If you are ordering from outside the UK, please notice that you will have to pay for the delivery fees + taxes and any additional fees according to your current location. 

• Exchanges/returns of products that have been opened or used will not be accepted, and no refunds are entitled.

I am writing this disclaimer as part of my practice and to keep both parties (you & me) safe. 

I know it may seem unnecessary as I explicitly say this in every course, session, fanzine and all over our social media, but it is a legal requirement that a disclaimer is included on this website.

UK law states that readings are for entertainment purposes only. The reading may contain advice or guidance. No responsibility will be taken by the reader for any decision or choice made as a result of the session. You also must be 18 years of age to book a Tarot session.

For those of you who might feel safer by knowing this: I am a registered practitioner with BALENS UK which means I have personal licence to safely offer my Tarot sessions, Herbal essences sessions, group courses, create and provide Flower Essences formulations as well as herbal essences consultations. 

In accordance with the law in several countries, we must inform you agree to receive our products, information and consultations on the understanding that they are given for research, spiritual and/or entertainment purposes only.  The accuracy of any reading/effectiveness of any product cannot be guaranteed.
