WHAT ARE FLOWER ESSENCES? 

Flower essences contain the unique vibrational energy of the plant they came from. Flowers have their own personality and soul and they can help us whenever we need to get help. They create community, they create relationships, they refresh the energy and they nurture their/our world. To work with them is a way of working with yourself and nature, to see that you’re not separated from your environment and natural cycles, seasons and energetical waves. Each essence contains the vibration of that particular plant and taking it into our bodies reminds us how to be more like that plant.

Then this mentorship level 1 is for you. This is open to practitioners of different practices, artists, gardeners, flower lovers, and everyone who wants to connect with the world of flower energetics and plant intelligence.

This is a 5 classes program that includes:

* The integrity of Flowers: What do we talk about when we talk about Flower Essences: what are them, how do they work, how are they made.
* Elemental magic: How to tap into an energetic form arising from function + element associations. 
* Flower Systems: What are their differences? How do people that work with different systems blend them?
* The Flowers: Getting to know more than 40 flower essences and which cases they're used for. 
* Floral generosity: Other safe and easy ways in which we can use Flower Essences apart from drinking them. 
* The art of formulation - basic protocols 

You will try different flowers over the course + you will create your own blend. 
Note: this course will give you a solid foundation to become a Flower Essence practitioner and it is a requirement to enrol in level 2 to complete your certified training.

MODALITY
* Sessions take place in person at Bless Stories (Stoke Newington, London). 
* Bel & Sara will provide material from different authors and more than 200 pages written by themselves. 
* 3 Flower Essences tinctures to work with during the course.
* Classes last 2h each, during 5 weeks. 
* Certificate at the end of the course will allow you to enrol in level 2 which focusses on Formulation and working with clients. To apply for a practitioner insurance you will need to complete both levels. 

 

VALUE 

* The cost of the whole training includes: 5 in-person classes + 3 tinctures + all the material in PDF + certificate is £450.-
This can be paid on Paypal or via bank transfer.
For booking, the payment should be done anytime before starting the 1st class.
There are no devolutions in case you can't keep doing the course. 

 

ABOUT BEL'S TEACHING BACKGROUND

Bel is a licensed Flower Essence Practitioner and has been practicing and studying the art of Flower Essences for more than 6 years and she taught about their uses and properties to hundreds and hundreds of students over this time. She also studies Medical Herbalism at Heartwood, she studied flower essences at the Bach institute in Argentina and with Saskia in the UK, and she studied many other systems (Bush, St. Germain, FES, among other types of essences). She is the co-creator of BE FLOWER NOW, a Flower Essences tincture brand based on East London, as well as her own tinctures brand Floral Solution. She teaches at She Lost Control many courses around plant magic and flower essences remedies and she taught at the Bless Project Supper about tinctures and at Fe in Argentina. Currently, she offers 1:1 Flower Essences consultations at her studio in Hackney Wick & at She Lost Control and she's currently writing a book about them which will be released in 2023.
